We placed an order for a lighting fixture in April of 2020, and the original lead time was 2-3 weeks, we received an email from Perigold in June to inform us that the item got lost during transition, and the replacement will be shipped shortly. The item was never delivered. We called the customer service in August, and was told that they will investigate and someone will call us in 3 business days. No one called. We called again in September, and after several back and forth, they told us that the item got lost 2nd time during the transition. What is the odds of that?! They offered another replacement order and 2 more months of wait, or a refund. It was $1,700 pendent light paid full when order was placed. 4 months of wait, the item was not delivered not our fault, all they offered was a refund. Be careful when deal with this company.
